K-Operations

Don't fit your company to AI. Fit AI to your company.

Have time for the work you started your company for.

K-Operations helps businesses make AI part of everyday work. First where the most time goes, then step by step across the rest of the company. And in a way that your people understand what it does and why.

Why now

Twenty years ago the question was whether a company would go digital: move to computers, email and digital records. The ones who did it then now work faster and with fewer mistakes than the ones who waited.

The same thing is happening with AI now, only much faster. The good news is that you don't have to do everything at once. One well-chosen first step is enough to show quickly what it can do.

Let’s work out together what your first step could be.

I don't want to fall behind
What we do

We help in two ways. You can start with either one.

For one specific task

An AI tool for the job that takes up the most time

We look at what takes up most of your time and build a tool for it: for example quoting, pricing, record-keeping or processing documents. It works from your own spreadsheets and rules.

  • We start with a working demo on your own material
  • We build it, roll it out and help you test it
  • After handover, the system is yours
For the owner and the team

Your own AI office

We set up your own AI office: AI colleagues who take over the daily routine, from email and the calendar to reports. Along the way we show your team how it works, why it does what it does, and when it can be trusted with something.

  • Set up and built around the way you work
  • Sessions with your team, shown on real examples
  • It grows as you hand it more and more tasks

Not sure where to start? That's what the call is for.

Help me choose
What kind of work

Wherever there is a lot of manual work that always follows the same logic.

Quoting

An itemised quote from a request, a drawing or a spreadsheet, using your company's own prices. A person always approves the final price, of course.

Records and follow-up

Leads, clients and deadlines in one place. The AI keeps it up to date and tells you when something gets stuck.

Documents

Contracts, invoices and statements checked against each other and kept in order. If something is missing, you find out in time.

And much more

These are just examples. If there is a job your team always does the same way, we can build for that too. The sky is the limit.

How we work

Step by step, on your own material.

Conversation

In a 30-minute call you tell us what takes up most of your time and how that process works today.

Demo

We build a demo from your own material and show you on it how it would work.

Offer

If you like it, we give you an exact offer for what you need.

Build

We build it and test it with you along the way.

Handover

We roll it out and fix the early issues. We help you get the system trained up.

Once the first tool proves itself, the next area usually suggests itself. That is how AI moves through a company: step by step.

The first step is a 30-minute call.

I can spare 30 minutes

How it started

For a long time, a good part of my day as a business owner went on everything except the actual work: email, coordinating, record-keeping, paperwork. None of it is a big deal on its own, but together it takes many hours every week.

At some point I started handing these jobs to AI, and today a small AI team works for me. I started K-Operations to do the same for other companies, shaped exactly around how they work.

“I want business owners to get their time back and do the work they started out to do. Let the robots do the robot work.”
Safety

The AI does the work. You make the calls.

It takes on what you give it. Everything else stays with you.

What the AI does

  • Collects, sorts, summarises
  • Compares, checks, flags
  • Prepares and drafts
  • Shows where every piece of data comes from

What stays with you

  • The AI doesn't set final prices
  • It doesn't move money
  • It only sends email with your approval
  • You decide exactly what it can access

Questions about safety? Ask them on the call.

I'd like to ask about that
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?

Every company works differently, and adapting to that is exactly what AI is good at. That's why we have no price list: we make an offer after the assessment, once we can see what you need.

What's the difference between a tool and the office?

A tool solves one specific task: we build it, roll it out, and from then on it's yours. The AI office supports the daily work of the owner and the team, so besides setting it up, part of the job is making sure you understand how to use it well.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

It can, which is why we build it so the important decisions stay with you. When it isn't sure, it asks, and it shows what it based its answer on. But a real person should always check what the AI suggests.

Do I need an IT person?

No. We build and set it up, connected to your existing accounts and tools, so you use it in the tools you already know.

How long does it take?

The demo is usually ready within a few days. How long the full job takes depends on its size, and the offer spells it out.
